Q-Cells is a leading solar company based in Germany that plans and constructs large-scale photovoltaic installations all over the world. Our goal is to make photovoltaics the most important energy source. We have recently established Q-Cells International, USA and opened our North American office in Burlingame, CA. We have a need for a Senior Project Manager

Working with an international team of specialists you will be responsible for all stages of multi-million dollar photovoltaic construction projects throughout North America. You will ensure professional management and design through management of contracts, budgets and schedules while communicating and working with internal and external parties (investors, public authorities, grid operators etc.). This position will be based in Burlingame, CA but will require extensive travel throughout North America.

The successful candidate will have extensive work experience in management from inception and successful completion of large scale projects (solar or wind power plant experience is ideal). Your experience must include contract negotiations and permitting processes with local authorities. In addition, you should have a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering). International experience is a plus.
